Jocelyn Molina
This portfolio spans all things content: strategy, production, design, and operational systems. As a naturally creative, empathetic, and solution-oriented person, I’ve always gravitated toward work that brings those traits together by creating resources, experiences, and systems that address real user and organizational needs.

Across multi-channel strategy, multimedia design, learning content, and systems architecture, my work is anchored in
user experience. For external audiences, that means making complex information easier to understand while using storytelling and design to build trust and connection. For internal collaborators, it means creating guides, frameworks, and workflows that make high-quality work easier to produce and sustain. For organizations, it means using content to solve communication problems, strengthen brand trust, and improve operational efficiency.

These projects reflect end-to-end contribution and ownership across strategy, writing, design, production, implementation, and optimization. My skill set has developed through
ambition and adaptability: learning quickly, stepping into unfamiliar responsibilities, and building whatever the work requires. That approach reflects my deeper commitment to continuous self-improvement and doing things well.

As a Columbia University graduate with an academic background in English and Sociology and a professional background spanning communications, design, strategy, user/product education, and AI, I bring both creative sensitivity and analytical rigor to how I approach problems. I thrive in
high-ownership roles where I can wear many hats, navigate ambiguity, and meaningfully improve content quality, strategy, and operations.

At the core of my work is a simple belief:
knowledge is power
a philosophy that shapes how I create content that clarifies, strategies that perform, systems that scale, and practices that keep raising the quality of my work.
